Definitively one of the best souvenirs I’ll bring back from this 2012 tour of Japan !

Chef ! Arigato gosaimashta ! We had a fantastic time in your restaurant, your food, your welcoming, your desire to show us different culinary experiences… it was like the final bouquet of a fireworks display ! What a way to end a 3 weeks trip in Japan.

We first experienced your restaurant with our friends a little more than 2 weeks ago  (making a total of 4 adults and 4 kids / teenagers) and despite the obvious language wall (French / Japanese), we managed a very nice voyage, with cold mushroom soup, sashimis, grilled fish heads, chabu-chabu and lovely sorbets, without forgetting some nihonshu ! It was very nice indeed. The children discovered and very much enjoyed food they never had before.

For our last meal in Tokyo, Géraldine and I were looking for a special evening and we decided to come back. It was even better. Sat at the bar facing the kitchens, we were able to exchange with you and your team and transform this evening into an unique experience I will remember for a long time.
